This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of AI Wingmen (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects information when you visit the website, create an account, purchase a subscription, contact us, or use our AI writing, productivity, career, education and media tools. By using the service, you acknowledge the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account and contact data: name, email address, login and profile information, company details and communications you send us.
- Payment and subscription data: plan, billing status, transaction identifiers and purchase history. Payment processors handle full payment-card details; we do not intentionally store complete card numbers.
- Prompts, uploads and outputs: text, documents or other content you submit to an AI feature and the resulting output. Do not submit passwords, financial-account numbers, health records, confidential client information or other sensitive data unless you have authority and it is necessary.
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, timestamps, referring URLs, cookies, logs, security events and feature usage.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the service; authenticate users; manage credits, subscriptions and payments; generate requested AI results; personalize features; provide support; prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; comply with law; enforce our Terms; and send service-related notices. Marketing messages, if offered, may be opted out of without affecting essential account notices.
AI and service providers
Prompts and related data may be transmitted to third-party AI, hosting, analytics, email, security, membership and payment providers solely to operate the service. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy practices as well as our contractual arrangements where applicable. AI providers may temporarily retain data for safety, abuse prevention or service operation. We do not sell personal information for money.
