Good interview preparation is not about memorizing perfect answers. It is about understanding the role, selecting relevant evidence from your experience, and practicing until your answers sound natural. AI can make that process faster when you give it useful context and keep the final judgment for yourself.
Start with the job description
Copy the responsibilities and required skills into a working document. Highlight repeated themes such as stakeholder management, analysis, leadership, or customer communication. Those themes are the employer’s clearest signals about what the interview will test.
Build a small evidence bank
Write down five to eight examples from your work, school, volunteering, or personal projects. For each example, capture the situation, what you personally did, and the measurable result. This prevents vague answers and gives an AI assistant facts to work with instead of forcing it to invent details.
Generate likely questions

Practice aloud
Reading an answer silently is not the same as delivering it. Speak it, time it, and remove phrases that feel unnatural. Most behavioral answers should fit comfortably within about two minutes. Use AI feedback to improve clarity, but preserve your own vocabulary and voice.
