Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service govern access to AI Wingmen and its AI writing, productivity, career, education and media tools. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. Accounts and credits may not be resold, shared publicly or used to provide unauthorized bulk access.

AI service and human review

AI outputs are generated probabilistically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated or unsuitable. Outputs are drafts, not guarantees or professional advice. You must independently review and verify outputs before relying on, publishing or acting on them. The service is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, tax, employment or other licensed professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions, submissions and consequences arising from your use.

Your content

You retain rights you have in content you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and that doing so does not violate law, confidentiality or another person’s rights.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law or rights; generate fraud, malware, harassment, discrimination, sexual exploitation or dangerous instructions; impersonate others; make automated high-impact decisions without appropriate review; probe or disrupt systems; evade usage limits; scrape or resell the service; upload malicious code; or submit data you are prohibited from sharing. We may restrict or suspend access to protect the service or others.

Our materials

The website, branding, interface, templates, workflows and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. Except for your own content and permitted AI outputs, no rights are granted beyond the limited right to use the service under these Terms.

Subscriptions, credits and cancellation

Paid features may be sold as subscriptions, one-time purchases or usage credits. Prices, included features and billing frequency shown at checkout are part of these Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically when disclosed at purchase until cancelled. You may cancel before the next renewal through available account controls or the Contact page. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily create a refund for time or credits already provided. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and may expire as stated with the applicable plan.

Third-party services

The service relies on third-party hosting, AI, payment, membership and communications providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, content or terms. Availability and functionality may change when providers modify or discontinue their services.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee any particular business, employment, educational or financial result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunities. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they apply only to the extent lawful.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims, losses and expenses arising from your content, misuse of the service, violation of these Terms or violation of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes, termination and disputes

We may update features or these Terms and will post a revised effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice when required. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow 30 days for informal resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s principal place of business, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
